When devising the interior of the Amore Pacific skincare salon in Manhattan, famed design firm Yabu Pushelberg took care to incorporate plenty of natural elements within the architecture to create an organic and nature-inspired ambiance.
The lighting design company that helped Yabu Pushelberg successfully achieve that mission was Cooley Monato Studio (CoMoS), spearheaded by Renée Cooley and Emily Monato of New York City. Their complementary lighting plan received the Lumen Award of Excellence in 2004 from the Illuminating Engineering Society (New York Section).
